Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

FYI. Car call

Whomever posted last week about the National Sales call being done from a parked car, kudos to you. Rumor has it the National Sales leader caught flack this week for doing it again. The irony is dripping. Everyone go back to work but I will lead a call from a parked car.

There are a ton of Zoomers on here that think it’s appropriate to conduct calls like this. I’m not OP and I’m not a Boomer. This is why you all are being fired left and right and I don’t mean at WF. Nationally, companies are firing their youngest generation of employees b/c they suuck. That’s most of you.

Ok genius. This person @sws+1uI4wiqI wrote the following.

“but it’s not a client, it’s a pointless meeting pointlessly mandated to be over video-which appears to be confusingly muddled into your complaint…while he has other, actual, obligations requiring him to be on the road”

So go to a corner somewhere and sp--k yourself while saying thank you sir….. I mean CRG….. may I have another.

@pyp+1uI4wiqI Nowhere in that did you explain why it wasn't pointless. But it's ok, I wouldn't expect someone in sales to have any substance beyond an obsession with the superficial.

lmao that the OP came back to lie about this and try to save face. Almost as cringey as the guy who writes diatribes about "the firm".

It’s a pointless meeting? Well it’s called a National Sales Call. Sales being the operative word, therefore they are talking to their internal clients.

Lets go back to you calling it a pointless meeting, I think that speaks more volumes than anything else posted about this topic.

Yeah this is very petty, and only made more embarrassing by OP circling back to double down with a made up “rumor” validating his complaint. And that’s not even taking into account the fake upvotes and shares he keeps trying to amplify it with.

It’s not just that OP is out of touch; it’s that he has a big chip on his shoulder about it. (And doesn’t even know how to spell “flak” or use “whomever” properly up on that high horse.)

It’s making a mountain out of a molehill, and very clearly the pet peeve of one severely nitpicky sperg. Please resist the urge to turn this layoff board into your personal boomer complaint editorial.

Why is there such a strong affection for CRG among users on this site? You label others as trolls, but I only observe individuals raising legitimate concerns about the absence of professionalism. If you were presenting to a potential client, would you really do it from your smartphone while sitting in a car and wearing wired headphones? Assuming the majority would say no. If that’s the case then it shouldn’t be happening when presenting to internal clients either. This isn’t Tik Tok, it’s a billion dollar corporation.

Why call someone a troll who is pointing out the ridiculous requirements of video meetings when they provide no value? A video sales call from a car is totally unprofessional on a manager’s part. Glad you could squeeze your meeting in on your way to the grocery store….no you’re not an influencer on Instagram. Video meetings are all about control from executives who are insecure about the value they bring to the table other than “babysitting the minions”.

This guy again. Why does this site attract so many obsessive headcases.

Why do these even need to be video calls in the first place. There’s never anything additional shown on the screen that adds value. Pre-RTO this would have been a normal audio dial-in conference call and it should go back to that format.

Not everything needs to be a video call, folks!

@vxx+1uI4wiqI It's just one troll here who fixates on these things he imagines to be unprofessional, probably because he's decades out of touch.
