Do you have a reading comprehension issue? The quote promising results would be shared is directly from the email that Stankey sent to every manager. So he didn’t do what he said he was going to do. He should tell us why.

How do you feel the culture transformation is going? Why have you not shared the results from the independent 3rd party administered Organizational Health Index (OHI) survey earlier this year, which you strongly urged all management to take?

You stated at the time " results will be shared so that we can create informed plans and take demonstrative actions towards accelerating our culture transformation".

The only conclusion we can come to at this point is that you don't want us to see the results.

Why is that?

And do you think continuing to ignore the issue is helping to foster the culture transformation you want?

I guess someone needs to ask when the last group will be moved from STL to Dallas and/or India.”

I got my Wave 3 letter to go from STL to GA today. Accept by Oct 11 and report by June 2025.

Some questions that need to be answered...

  1. How do you still have your job after piling up debt, many failed acquisitions and destroying the morale of the employee base?
  1. Honestly, do you think you are worth $30M a year? Are you worth 300K a year? Why - pls give some reasons.
  1. T-Mobile has kicked your behind for years -more subscriber growth, better revenue and profit growth, etc.......have you learned anything from them???

How much longer is AT&T Business going to be dragging down the business? Will it be a spin off? We are already outsourcing most of the sales people why are we hanging on to the dead weight of the marketing and product teams that add zero value to consumer products accounting for 90% of the revenue?

Ask him if he thinks that Jeremy Legg was a horrible mistake too. Lets sub-divide the question into three categories: Job, college degree, birth. Limit to 15 min answers for each category to keep it from getting out of hand.

I got a framed retirement placard from "John" too.

Similar to the "Proclamation of Fine Leadership" I got from about 15 years ago, right after SBC merger, that reads like a Foghorn Leghorn script.

Don't miss hearing that voice on calls or managers quaking over an incident that might go all the way to "Mr. Stankey." Oooo, so scary!

I always thought, "what's the worst that could happen?" Well, it did happen to a lot of us, and not because we offended the CEO, but for "needs of the business".

Ask Stankey if he received any personal perks by the city of Dallas to herd employees into the Dallas headquarters. He should be reminded that Eric Adams, mayor of NY was indicted for receiving special consideration on the back end. Federal investigators may be tempted to look into his dealings with city officials if he receives so much as a single hair follicle.
