Talked to some people and this is what I found out response rates for the below. This is a sample and numbers are rounded.

They can’t complain that we didn’t fill these out. Let’s hold them accountable to doing something for the results.
People can do that they want, but nothing good will EVER come from doing the survey. It is used to justify abusing the employees and nothing else. Doesn't matter how you answer or what comments you enter, they will be twisted and used against you as if YOU are the root cause of the problem.
the execs say they are visiting us more often because of coments in global survey. Sorry but if you want to see me, come to my location instead of asking me to go to another that is an 1.5 hr commute one way and costs me $20 for parking

Where is the evidence that deliverables we're enacted as a result of previous Global Surveys?
[BTW, hate that made up corporate word, "deliverable" and used it as an example of stupid corporate speak.]
Here's how it works, they take the top survey results, create several task forces to look into them and eventually you get a new snack machine. Surveys are for the shareholders or the board of directors to show how caring they are.
I didn't take the survey. I wasn't pushed to take it as I expected. Probably because moral is so low, our managers don't even give a cr-p.
We got an email to do it but I did not. Director said we were lagging in FCRM at 52%.
3 is meaningless. One executive w/ just 100 people. Probably one of those obsessive compulsive ones who would ride herd on it even finding out who hasn’t taken.
They won’t do squat with the results because… frankly they can’t.
