Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

VSPers, have you received the new insurance card??

I know our current insurance still works however I have been checking my email and snail mail and I have not received anything for BCBS.

While the member ID did not change, the group number did. Make sure that any place you uploaded the card image to gets updated. My old card was immediately rejected by Anthem yesterday because I had not updated the card image with my provider.
