So some New York big-wigs started quoting we want to put you guys under "healthy tension" to keep you off-balance. Not sure how much they are paying those students of confucious, but Wells has been under too much unhealthy tension for a decade at least. What kind of oxymoron jargon is healthy-tension, that's like saying curative-cancer. These guys driving Flintstones cars while they are at it. There are crack-heads in the streets of New York wiser than that.

More McKinsey goobbly guck speak. They have no clue what they are even saying when they use a term like that. It always leads to toxic non productive environment. Maybe McKinsey needs some healthy tension right across the jaw.
Anyone come across a McK consultant, just rear back and let loose 😂
Just stfu and write the checks, Shart. No one cares what you say anymore.

Can’t wait for more “healthy tension”.
Now we are strategizing how to make our work environment even more hostile.
That bestseller In Search of Excellence had a whole cultural concept on another oxymoron: loose-tight.
Buzzwords are meaningless.
Im sure it’s all a mind game to them.
I think it means to keep everyone on their toes
“Healthy Tension” is corporate speak for “Toxic Work Environment”. It speaks volumes of the C Suite when they sanewash abhorrent managerial workplace abuse and rebrand it as “Normal”.🤦🏻♂️
