Help make sense of this...How can Brian and Stooges make employees return to office when you have managers that are still on MyWork? I don't understand how a Mywork Manager can be responsible of enforcing RTO to their direct reports when their A$$ still is being allowed to work remotely full time. I wonder if Broan and his stooges will enforce all managers that have any direct reports must adhere to the RTO just as well. Anyone heard of anything about this?

I have a legit medical accommodation that I had to go through the proper channels to obtain. I have been told that I cannot be promoted or have people reporting to me. Sounds bogus to me as I see others on the old MyWork (with no medical accommodation) that have direct reports.

Too broad of a net cast here. Some managers could be out of footprint where there is an office nearby. Others may have a medical accommodation. With the MyWork program weaved into the fabric of the company for so very long, there are extenuating circumstances in some cases.
People with disabilities can be managers, too. They enforce it the same way people who work in the office enforce it - with a report and dashboard.
Most managers have people reporting to them from different locations so not really following your logic. This just feels like an other vent.
Because, once again. The manager is a favorite / crony.
