Stop the nonsense about bonus impacting RTO

I keep seeing comments about impacts to annual bonus for coffee badgers. Please elaborate. Since the annual bonus is an Organizational bonus, not an Individual bonus, how would some people get less than others?

OP can believe whatever they want, take whatever risk they want… I sit near directors in office, and have heard with my own ears when they have their team (and personal ) calls discussing this info and reading their emails out loud. Of course the company percent bonus isn’t affected … just your rating , which affects your bonus.
And they are coming after the Directors and AD’s first , holding them accountable for their teams compliance . Good luck if you want to risk it.

my team was just told that we wouldn't get our bonus, if we were under the 3 day per week average by November 1, 2024.

Our org hasn’t been enforcing.
Everyone got their bonus, I actually got a connection award on top.
No compliance, I go in once a week.

We will see next year what happens.

The same way many in my org didn't get a bonus for non -compliance. Nor did their managers for not policing them. Not made up. Facts.

We were told something similar but it was a few more like 5-6. They weren’t going in at all though.

The policy says your manager will talk to you if you aren’t compliant. Their bonus is tied to your compliance too as far as we know.

The coffee badging thing is a separate issue though because your hours in office aren’t outlined anywhere. It’s supposed to be up to your manager and org.

That’s why you never get a real answer on this crazy board. You have people from many different parts of the company posting here alongside outright trolls. 95% of the stuff you read here isn’t relevant to you specifically.

Back around spring our AVP under Veazy told us that we had two folks that didn’t get a bonus in March because they weren’t following RTO.

Additionally during CP training our trainer told us during Covid they were required to wear masks in the office. He was in his own office with the door closed. Someone saw him not wearing a mask and they ended up withholding his bonus for that.

They can do whatever they want it appears

It won’t be this year because the bonus measles have been set. Management bonus has two components- The organizational one and I forget what they call the other but that’s where they would dang you for being out of compliance on PLE for example. They would probably just add RTO to that.
