Change of Leadership?

It appears Mister Peanut Butter (McElfresh) will be taking over for Mister Jammies (Stankey) soon, maybe next year? Don’t see a lot of change in management style from mister, let’s spread the peanut butter evenly. There is hope, he did mention once to Stankey, that you can’t layoff your way to success. Will Stankey get a better golden parachute package than Randall? Failure is rewarded in the elite ranks.

"The CEO competition is being eliminated, Sambar then Legg next."

Legg isn't CEO competition, he's a stock character. He does what he's told, which is to not think for himself.

HAHAHA. No one except Mama Legg ever saw him as CEO of anything. Probably not her either.

The Stink isn't going anywhere until:

  • He reaches mandatory retirement age, and comes back as $1M/year consulant like Ratty
  • He pulls his lucrative change of control golden parachute by selling Toxic-T off to someone for a shiny nickle.

Stink is a P O S!

Never seen execs so well compensated with abject failure records. The elite are untouchable, at least that’s what the former Russian Czars thought. Didn’t work out so well for them in the end. The working class is starting to fight back, look at all the strikes that have happened around the USA over the last 2 years. Being an individual contributor hasn’t worked out so well for most, especially in today’s business environment.

All forms of business and commerce needs a form of regulation because it always becomes unbalanced and unfairly controlled from the top. Collective bargaining is one form of trying to get fair compensation but there needs to be other regulation so, public owned companies are fair and balanced for all employees.
