Sooo….anyone here listen to the Big New Process Thing rolled out on Friday? Any thoughts on this? Seems like the main outcome will be adding a sh-t ton of bureaucracy and deck bloat but who knows. And how much money and time is spent with all the branding, t-shirts and cr-p for these things while we’re constantly cutting jobs? It’s kind of insulting tbh
