The economy blows, jobs are scarce and companies like Mondelez and many others know we need a paycheck and are stuck here so they take advantage of you. When the job market was booming 5-10 years ago things were great here because they knew we could easily leave at anytime. Ughh

The economy is booming. Don't blame the world because you can't pull yourself up by your boot straps. Quit crying and change jobs. It's very simple.
It’s been coming for years. Nearly all jobs will be automated so no more need for humans.
They want you to leave so they don’t have to report mass layoffs but no one is safe. But we will be okay!
