What type of Bonus do you think management employees will get for 2024? No cash awards have been given out all of 2024.

I’ve gotten a connection award the past 5 years, but always on my mid-December check.
“ No one on my team got a connection award this year. Which is odd”
What’s odd there is that you either know or at least think you know who did or didn’t get what. Those don’t get communicated across the group, in any group I have ever been in. Would just lead to problems. Problems like this, where you think no one got anything. I’d bet someone in your group did. Best to always leave this as “don’t ask don’t tell”.
I’ve never seen them advertised so just because you haven’t heard doesn’t make it so. I can confirm with certainty my org has given them out.
Haaaahaaaaahaaa, still waiting on our "essential worker" bonus from the 2019-20 flu shutdown!
Your bonus will be dependent upon the results of the RTO efforts. Get them knee pads dusted off, move to your new hub and encourage all your cohorts to do the same for any chance at one going forward!

You sure about that? Ours don't get 'advertised' much, especially when it's one of the 5-figure ones.
I got one this year but I get one every year so it wasn’t surprising.

lots of people let go this year. gonna be a fat bonus
Townes Org. My team of 7 each got $10k in July. It was a pleasant surprise.
I got 2 connection awards last year (2023) 4k each , but nada this year. I figure my boss is trying to spread it out. Also last year worked on some pretty high profile stuff; this year not so much, more BAU. I’m ok with it.
You get to keep your job, BONUS!!
If you are working that much overtime but not getting connection awards, you should really rethink your priorities. Connection awards are the norm for a group’s top contributors. Unfortunately for me, I became the low man when I changed groups, so nothing for last couple years but still spending like it’s coming. 😕
“There's going to be some explaining to do about my bonus on Monday when I confront my boss.”
Make sure to remind your boss you are a top performer!
Why do people spend so much energy worried about bonus pay? There's really nothing you can do to affect it one way or another. I don't ever count on it; it's not part of my household's operating budget. Think of it in terms of what it used to be called "at-risk pay." So why would I start thinking about it 6 months before it does or does not pay out? Just do your dang job to the best of your ability.
As far as the other "bonuses," yes, there are some being given out. Don't count on those either, but they sure are nice to get.

“ Got two bonuses this year in addition to the annual bonus so this is not accurate.”
Then you are the exception, not the rule. I haven’t gotten anything extra in years. Nor do most people. Even when I did it was minuscule.
Got two bonuses this year in addition to the annual bonus so this is not accurate.
I get the same bonus all the other office workers get which is a 1 time annual company bonus. Pretty standard stuff for any company. There is no cash big bonus like all the techs think. We aren’t rolling in the money. You make as much as we do with base pay now. We get no overtime. Honestly that 1 time annual bonus doesn’t even cover the overtime I work in 1 month.
Not receiving a bonus could indicate that you are at risk of being let go.
Might double-check with your boss why you didn't get a bonus. Bonuses have been handed out.
"No cash awards have been given out all of 2024"
Two in 2024. Paid for fond memories of Brazil and Ireland.
"No cash awards have been given out all of 2024."
Thats not actually true. They probably told you that to appease you but its not true.
After so much bad press related to the data security breaches, I’m not expecting the bonus to be much next year.
Previous years with significant reductions have resulted in decent bonuses the following year. Closing that net debt to EBIDTA ratio should be seen as a big win. I’d assume a decent bonus. Not sure what cash awards in 2024 you’re referring to but if you mean connection awards there has been and continues to be budget for that. I know plenty of people who have gotten them.
