I absolutely hate going into the office. If senior management wants us to be in the office all the time they should have to sit with the weird people they hired during the pandemic. At this point I think the inclusivity brainwashing training we had to do was because they messed up and had to save face.
I hate that I have to sit next to people who are constantly harassing people and spreading lies. It’s so toxic and the quality of employees has dropped to zero. When I go in and see my coworkers i understand that as a professional, I no longer fit in at Fidelity.
