Just curious ....... who does the sign changes at your club and which forklift operator gets assigned to complete the steel walk?
Ist shift forklift/Merchandiser has to complete the steel walk
Membership does signs. Is this the norm ?

All clubs are different. In my current club a door person and Hardlines team leader do them. But fresh and clothing do their own.
Managers to fat yes way to fat to walk the steel!they are security /key holders that’s all they can do,open the door,close it!
Merchandiser does the sign changes and 1 of our AM Merch leads does the steel walk. I believe it's supposed to be someone in an elevated position doing the steel walk? Lead or manager.
