All of Wells Fargo’s dirty little secrets like AI being used to lay off workers… it’s called the Analytical Hierarchy program or AHP for short. Many decision being made and the cluster f@@ks all over the company show that a lot of the leadership doesn’t know how to run a business.

They pay well will become the they paid well. The writing is on the wall. Currently, they are not giving pay increases for promotions -- except in WFA where they paid a fortune to acquire people. As the offshoring inefficiencies are realized the contributor's fate is doomed.

Or management can transform the place into something great. I rarely hear someone complain about the work, they complain about the lack of integrity, honesty and following the basics of right and wrong.
I could easily do Scharf's job. I'd have at least doubled his output by now, since I can think of two products that would be better than the new CC he gave us.
