Looks like everyone hit end of September is leaving now… when’s the next round? We’re not going to have anyone left to work some of these technology initiatives. Also, what happened to the L3 impacts? I’m still dealing with a barrel of bozos over here.

I've never seen L2s use this term. It's always an exec thing, and I always chuckle every time I see it.
Keep the technicals, get rid of the bean counters, useless power point staff and flatten the 4 levels of VP.
