I have data analytics background and have 18 years of experience working in the industry with 15 years at WF. This place has become so toxic, i am thinking of transitioning to healthcare IT area. Because of the HIPAA regulations, i wonder jobs are not getting outsourced? I am thinking of insurance company like UHG, AETNA and more.TIA.

If it’s not outsourced, AI will eventually take it -
Govt pay is not too bad and retirement great.
Checkout jobs in the defence industry to see if your skills might transfer.
I am pretty sure the HVAC profession isn't getting outsourced........
Cheers!
Novant Health outsourced the majority of their Technology department to India. Nothing is safe.
Try a role in 2nd line to write BS policies. The guy who wrote internal control policy for example is never going to be outsourced. Just make sure the policy you create is confusing and requires layers and layers of people to test compliance with your policy and come up with contradictory conclusions that builds your nuisance value.
Op here-government IT jobs, may not pay high but at least there is no fear of getting your job outsourced.
