Someone, a top performer I know who was harassed called and eventually got laid off but not until they took her team away from her. Someone else I know reported an executive about his social media posts and community issues that ended up in the news. Nothing happened

Be really careful/ if you complain to HR they will watch over your work to find a flaw to fire you over
they penalize complainers even if you are harased they try to get rid of complints

Get your own lawyer first. They will guide you. Keep documenting instances with name, time and description. Gather emails as well.
I am a female and being harassed by my management at Fidelity. I am minority and not part of white Boston gang :-( I am looking for help. I am documenting evidences of the abuse and harassment. I don’t trust Fidelity HR or chairman line the bcoz they fire the victim :-( Who will be a good resource outside of Fidelity who may help? I was afraid to speak up and I know there are many minority females being harassed in Fidelity and are not speaking up. Please help.
Honestly until I found this website, I didn’t realize how much the company seems to su-k.
Go to employee relations. I know for a fact they will do things. You have to be willing to not be anonymous though.
I am a female and was laid off after complaining to HR. HR is useless and they serve SVPs. They abuse you and when you complain they let you go. This place is full of narcissistic leaders including the owner. You are not allowed to stand up for yourself.
Was terminated a few months after doing a Chairman's Line complaint.
The Chairman’s line is great at identifying dissenters!
I’m a female and can confirm I was laid off after calling.
yes. Its useless. Another gimmick for years to show that they care about employees but they DON'T.
I know a couple of females got laid off because they communicated issues with HR about their management. HR is a joke here. Only men mainly white men move up in Boston location. Females normally serve these whites men in Boston.
HR is there to protect the company, not the employee.
It only matters if it impacts the brand. They only care about money, unless it’s women being harassed and then Abby ends up sitting next to them.
which site?
What do you expect? This is Fidelity, all feedback is ignored and nothing is done about anything. Business as usual.
