Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

WF Alumni Network ad on linkedin

Can you believe they kicked off this “initiative”? It’s suppose to be former employees to network with each other and perhaps find a role with WF again. Lol. They even have a picture of chainsaw Charlie in the online ad. The job board is the same ole wf job board. Jobs in Asia, branches, and a few in NC, ny, nj, and not much else.

Is this a tax write off? I don’t get it?

This must mean that JPM has done this at some point. Charlie Dimon is incapable of developing an original thought. Onward WFJPM.

HR is just pretending they are legit. The "house of horrors" always looks safe on the outside. One of HR's jobs is to market the bank as a good place to work and grow your career. This alumni network and the "Wells Life" campaign are examples of this.

A couple of the big tech firms have ex-employee networks. Wells just copied the idea, as usual.
