Do you expect anything will change as it relates to the loc strategy in 2025? What are your thoughts?

Assume employees at non-core locations will be separated by the end of the year unless they have approved medical accommodations from dear leader. This will happen as soon as next week.

@pkj+1uUoLdtw "Maybe YOU didn’t get the word of how it affects your org".... Hey man... I am out of this cluster f..k sh...t show. I have observed this "house of horrors" for several years.
@pkj "It’s comical at how weak-brained you are to think that just because a plan is established, that details can’t be changed or scrapped completely"
So why was this "location strategy" plan changed for the new Ohio 350 new tech hire location? Ohio? Why Ohio?

When you look for new jobs look at the job's current management. Do they change their scrap their plans and strategy? Such as Well's management has done with their location and agile strategies. Have to ask who has the "weak mind" here. Don't work at a place where you can't trust management. Don't work at a fearful organization.

Everything leadership has "stated" about LS is a lie or part of a deception to trick the temporary survivors into thinking that that's not what they are. All they are doing is keeping things on the rails until I&P can replace them, or WF can exit their business. In the end, we all go, and all your location does is change your end of service date some, maybe.

I’m 99% sure I will be laid off in 2025.

@omg+1uUoLdtw “Has the 2024 Location Strategy ever been stated?”

Actually yes, yes it has. Maybe YOU didn’t get the word of how it affects your org, but plenty of us did. And it’s comical at how weak-brained you are to think that just because a plan is established, that details can’t be changed or scrapped completely.

You’ll get this Adulting thing down one of these days. I can feel it in my bones.

If you want to eliminate waste, corruption , and nepotism, just bring in new leadership from outside. Charlie has been somewhat successful at this. Let’s keep draining the swamp and get the criminals out.

2025: Two waves, "Disposition-ed" like 2024, but probably more comprehensive. Most just getting the finger, some given a sh-t relo package that only somebody d-mb enough to keep working here would take.

H.R. will "backfill" in market. Just like in 2024 - which is to say, not at all. I'm in Wave 2 '25, so enjoy picking up my slack while I get paid to do nothing for a year.

Some jobs are saved by law due to the security / sensitivity nature of the work performed.

Not sure many of these jobs exist.

The 2025 Location Strategy is simple. All US employees consolidated to hubs. Then slowly, US hubs will start being shut down while new India hubs are opened.

The endgame is an All Indian workforce with Shart sitting in Hudson Yards as emperor.

It’s all about saving costs. If they can do more with less they will do it whether it is in US, India, or the moon! There are lots of dead beats and managers (some are called leads to mask their function but don’t perform any real work). All of these goons don’t carry their weight but they are more difficult to identify and eradicate. They are often shielded by their superior due to their friendships. As soon as there is a change in leadership they all get exposed and leave too.

All U.S. based offices are out of scope. Everything will be I & P.

Has the location strategy of 2024 ever been specifically stated? It hasn't been. New locations, such as Ohio, were made.
How do you know if it is changed if you don't know what it is to begin with? Location strategy is just a crux so managers feel good while laying off the bank's contributors. It is another ruse for the facilitators to deploy on the contributors. Yet another example of this fearful bank's actions to inflict harm on its worker's psyche.

If there is one thing you can always count on, it's that there will be more change.

It won't end until we're all gone. "Location Strategy" is just one of several excuses. Once it's run it's course, they'll pick a new one and keep downsizing.

For those who say "Wells Fargo has too many people": if the government doesn't put a cap on layoffs, companies will operate with only Artificial Intelligence and a few folks, while making billions of dollars.

I'm thinking 2025 will be worse than 2024 in regards to layoffs and location consolidation.
