Anyone employed by Q2 based in the US who is not working a second job or trying to land a second job (just milking Q2) will be caught with their pants down. More layoffs are coming. Get Ready!

Q2 has lost ALL of its class. They are truly showing how disconnected they are from the employees.

No matter how long you've worked there, do not expect anything in return for your tenure except a 4-month severance.

Just gonna put this here since insider stock trades are public info (stock currently around $80 - do the math). This is just the last 2 years.
Kim Rutledge w/ over 105,000 shares granted https://finance.yahoo.com/screener/insider/RUTLEDGE%20KIMBERLY%20ANNE
Matt Flake w/ over 487,000 shares granted
https://finance.yahoo.com/screener/insider/FLAKE%20MATTHEW%20P

Lay off your loyal and tenured employees so you can grant your executives MILLIONS in stock. They all deserve to be shamed for this and Q2 needs to stop parading around like some glowing beacon of the Austin tech scene. They are the image of greed.

Stop helping the India teams. The more we train them, the worse it is for us.
Management is fostering an environment of animosity and they don't even care.

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Losing lots of institutional knowledge with these layoffs. They say they are a strong company, yet throw their employees out with trash. And to top it all off, laying people off on 'World Mental Health' day is peak Q2.

“ What groups and geos are affected?”

If you’re in India you are safe. Enjoy those American jobs. USA USA USA we sure are great at exporting jobs. They can hire 5 in India for what 1 US based employee cost with benefits.

At least 104 roles were eliminated last week by my count, but that's based on age groups, so there could be more. They are aggressively moving roles to India. Q2 isn't the all-american, people-first company it pitches itself to be. Maybe it once was, but it isn't anymore.

Q2 isn't an Austin company any longer.

Everyone’s job except a few key sales people and the c-suite will be in India before this is all over. Austin FC should rip that q2 logo off their stadium and refund q2 sponsor money they should have never spent.
