India is cheap just because of poverty. Companies like Wells are not offshoring jobs they are trading American living standards. Wells Fargo makes American workers redundant which lowers their purchasing power which shrinks the American economy which makes others Americans redundant and the cycle goes on and on. Our children will be poorer than us because of companies like wells. And it is shameful for a bank who sells a brand built on American values. When Wells Fargo is harming American workers why should American workers bank with Wells Fargo?

India doesn't have to pay for luxuries like sewer plants, garbage pickup, public toilets, roads, corruption enforcement etc.
The living standard of the uneducated American worker has been declining for generations. They used to work in factories. Now it’s fast food and the gig economy for them.
It’s only now that offshoring has begun to affect the educated class, and thanks to AI that process is accelerating.
In another generation we’ll be like Russia, lining up to buy soup while our betters live in palaces.
it's supply and demand, India has a lot more supply of workers therefore they can hire cheapers and have an overall cheaper cost of living. while their is a big disparity between rich and poor in India, the people working for us are making a great living even at a fraction of our salaries.
It is very much a Pandora’s box, once competitor A starts, B & C are forced to cut us salary expenses and so on and so on. Other countries would not allow this and take a more protectionist stance… India, ironically is one of such ilk.
Those who support offshoring American jobs are traitors of their own country. If you are so disrespectful as to betray your own country, you should not be allowed the privilege to live and work here. I vote yes to send Charlie and our Board off to live in Russia.
Offshoring jobs should have been banned from the beginning. Neither political party will address this issue. I am not upset at I&P folks, jobs were shipped there, CEO and the senior management are to blame for doing so.
He works for people whose goal is to impoverish and eventually completely destroy this once great and envied by the whole world nation.
This is by design. Make the working class lower their standards so the aristocracy is never threatened. Keep the serfs in their place.
