I noticed corporate titles have been removed from people. First Vice President has been removed while others who were VP have been dropped down the AVP. What’s going on?

Even better, HR made this known org wide two years ago. Why it took this long to get to some LOBs is odd but this OP has had his head up his own ar-e far too long. Come up for a breath dude.
