Possible new name for the bank's "Technology Department":
Spaghetti Factory, The app Abyss, The tech Tornadoes, The Digital Disaster Area, The Data Deadlock Department, The Spaghetti Soup Squad, The App Overload Authority and the Tech Titanic
But still make 10-30% more than other professional jobs at the bank when comparing like for like in other areas.

So open a change request and request tech to change it's ways.
