So just looking to see if there's any traction or rumbling around one of these dates? Last chance for VZ to layoff before 2025. What's everyone's thoughts, because pulse survey is going out during the October date and closing before the November date. So maybe November 7th is it? Or have we already as a company right sized till 2025?

The only thing more useless than the Pulse survey is the yearly information that employees must prepare for the year end review. Do not remember the name of the form at the moment. The only time it is used is when VZ wants to get rid of an employee by making the proposed achievements and/or metrics unattainable.
Surveys are HR department's way of making the higher-ups think they're being 'productive' (hah!)
The Pulse surveys are their way to appear like they care and are listening.
Why keep doing pulse survey. Who is there to listen too… gone from ~200k to under 100k with VSP and next rif. Feedback is exec mgmt and company direction. Nothing is done anyway. Why keep surveying a base of reduced and less tenured employees

Based on Thanksgiving being on the 21st, the home for the holidays would be the prior pay then, NOV 7? This would make the most sense due the pulse survey ending the week prior.
The "Home for the Holidays" event always happens the last payday before Thanksgiving which this year is November 21st. Same time for over 20 years with the exception of 2018 when on that week 10,400 voted to take VSP 1.0.
Call center representatives need to be rif’d. Most of there work has been outsourced. There all giving a problem about RTO.
Pulse surveys are worthless.
