One side of mouth: Scharf boasts about cutting 60,000 jobs while also building out India and the Philippines. So how many US jobs have been cut? I would estimate at least 80,000 jobs

Other side of (lying) mouth: “We continue to believe our employees are best served by working directly with the Company and its leadership, rather than the Union.”

Really?? Let’s ask one of the 80,000 US. employees who were laid off since 2020 if they were best served by working directly with Wells Fargo’s leadership. Laughable.

Ehh...so the solution to offshoring is corrupt unions that basically extort workers' money? Good luck.

You give up your independence and money to join a union. I do not like unionization.

Unions don't prevent layoffs or offshoring. Just ask the UAW.

So pick your poison. Have executives tell you what do or a union? I'll take my chances without a union.

Well said! They make billions in profit yet continue to cut jobs while sending the exact jobs to India and the Philippines! They just alloted billions of dollars to their loan loss program because they see that Americans cannot afford to pay off their loans due to inflation and our economy but are a major contributor in the downfall of the American economy… Hey at least the people in India and the Philippines will be able to put food on the table… isn’t is Ironic, Don’t you think? 🤔 Talk to the Union Charlie! You’re a failure and that’s why your employees no longer want to deal with you or any of your comrades.
