@1pzw Yeah, Saul was a fu-kwit but at the same time the most qualified person to hold that job.

The guy running VM in a day, is the largest A$$ I’ve ever had the misfortune of meeting, let alone working for.

@1pzw+1ubVQima Yeah, and a few people under him too. CTO isn't exactly known for delivering much.

I'll take a package near the end of year. Things are only going to become more of a cluster F over the next few years. All you Saul cheerleaders don't realize that he didn't do us any favors. TK shouldn't be a manager let alone head of tech or CL. Now we have yet another new head of tech.

Should start with MB and CTO team.

Kinda funny how we got a note from her in early August and she's been in teamworks for at least two weeks at this point. Yet not another word other than her initial note before she even joined officially. And in case some of you haven't noticed, we keep hiring pretty senior people from the outside while laying people off. WCGR with firing people with actual knowledge and bringing in people who don't know sh*t about the company. I'm honestly not that hopeful about our future in tech.

Organizations are being decimated by current cr@p leaders that should be displaced, not the worker bees. Location Strategy + 3 days/week in office is a 1950s mentality. If WF is getting out of commercial real estate as a business strategy, doesnt that tell you something about RTO benefits?

Bridget needs to fire Tami H and hire a real CISO. Stop the group layoff that Tami proposed for the BISO and make her own determination of what needs to change. Realize that tons of talent exists in CA and allow hiring in the Bay Area - its NOT more expensive than Hudson Yards and Northern Jersey.

Like when the negligent TK started, Ms Bridgette will have many outages to content with….

Any cuts this year were already planned. Give her some time to be a Charlie follower (like our COO and CFO) or think on her own. And I’d you are remote or not in a core city you have known for 7 months now what will happen. You just don’t know when.

Wow. What a leader! What are your strategies? Cut, cut, cut. Or is the real strategy get the stock price up, cash out in 6 months and leave a disaster in your wake when you leave? My money is on the latter.

Let's do it and see what more breaks and what India can't support. Bring it. I'm ready for some mayhem!

Like Shart, outsourcing and downsizing is the only reason she's here. Once that's done, they'll move on.

Not disagreeing here. Where did you get this information, just curious.
As far as I know, she hasn't communicated anything yet.
