Yes, everyone was deployed. Lots are not local.
The individuals sent from CA to FL were all volunteers.
My brother Darryl and my other brother Darryl got deployed.
I know of 2 that were sent back home. Seems they partied too much and insulted some locals who took offense at their drunken antics. Lucky they were not injured.
