CWA bargaining team still being ridiculus?
“Guy should have never gotten out of his car, but he did and now he will likely lose his job, and I'm sure protestor had him arrested and charged with as--ult.”
If he does, that’s a total chicken$#1t move. Don’t confront someone unless you’re prepared for a physical escalation! Mutual combat laws would alleviate all the craven lawsuits.
"Re: Real bad vibes from the CWA"
It's the silence from leadership. Why now when we need their feedback?
When your livelihood is on the ropes and your chosen representative goes silent on you.
CWA Bargaining Team getting schooled
I’ll take a silly ai judging my performance instead of getting laid off based on location and other factors I have absolutely no control over anyway.

This strike seems so bizarre doesn’t it? We never get updates or are told what’s going on. The CWA president and the Dems never said one word about it at the convention. There wasn’t even any notice given. It’s just been go stand in the heat and picket. It’s really sketchy. All 17,000 of us should start asking questions and putting pressure on CWA so we can back work and support our families. Those drinking the CWA kool-aid need to put the glass down.

“clock a protester telling him “no”
He didn't just tell the guy no, he blasted it through a bullhorn inches from his face. I might have clocked him, too.
Guy should have never gotten out of his car, but he did and now he will likely lose his job, and I'm sure protestor had him arrested and charged with as--ult. Much easier to be a protestor when you're a middle-aged white dude than a young guy who's already paying higher healthcare than old guys since he was probably hired after 2019”
Provocation will weigh heavy in any local charges & company disciplinary action as well. I’m curious if any of those on the picket line ever sat down and talked with the man about his concerns & specific personal situation and if they offered any personal or financial support to him or if all they did was yell at him through a bull ho-n.
Assuming he’s a wire tech so he’s probably become accustomed to being $h!t on & getting tired of it. T hates them, the U hates them, & an overwhelming majority of their fellow coworkers hate or at least look down on & belittle them. Blame lies squarely at the feet of the U for this entire Wire Tech debacle. They have allowed & been party to the pi-s poor treatment & representation of the Wire Techs. The U should’ve never agreed to unionize the Wire Techs since they would be taking work away from the Service Techs. T can barely keep Wire techs on the payroll now as is with half hearted representation, no way T would’ve been able to keep WT employed on their own terms. The matter of Wire Techs being treated as “2nd class” employees has now taken an even nastier turn about 4 years ago when T started giving Uverse work to Wage Scale 32 Digital Techs. 2 types of techs are dispatching on the same type of job but with 2 different sets of wages/benefits/working conditions. There’s no way around how wrong this one is. The only proper thing to do is bump Wire techs up to WS32 or move the work back to where it came from. As our company continues to (d)evolve, caution needs to be used when “taking” work from one group and “giving” it to another. Nobody wants a surplus, but when necessary, it needs to happen at the correct place for the correct reason and not be skewed by work being improperly bounced between work groups/job titles.

I'll post it on Twitter and post the link here later, but I just witnessed a CP tech demolish a fu--ing fire hydrant with their van. I'm IHX and this is the first dispatch I've done in like 2 weeks. This is insane. What the fu-k is At&t doing?
“AT&P management bargaining team has requested a time out for creating the Sigil of Baphomet on the ballroom floor in salt. The kitchen staff has ordered additional supplies. They have also consulted the corporate Ouija board and are awaiting for a sign from the sulphur prophet, Stanky to continue.”
This explains all of Stankeys moves, he isn’t trying to run a good business that sells a good product.
He’s trying to sow chaos to bring about the birth of the antichrist and usher in the apocalypse.
Damn, why didn’t a see it sooner, makes so much sense.

Your CWA Bargaining Team is taking a much needed break. Jerry forgot to double tape his adult diaper again. Nothing like what happened at the Local in July, but it still ain't pretty. We'll resume the afternoon session after we get him cleaned up, and we're gonna need to replace that chair. For the love of God, can we get a fan in here? And something minty smellin?
There won’t be any trucks left to drive if we stay out much longer.

Att wants to gut employees health care while increasing wages 2%. Supervisors are lost trying to replicate tech work. Many are contemplating changing professions but can't find a job that pays for doing nothing. There have been accidents and medical issues. Some supervisors have been sent back home due to behavior issues. Contractors have been costing more and creating problems. The temperature is climbing. Can't divulge more due to the company negotiators are infighting. Updates to follow.
Cwa said they want a new contract and they want one now !
Troll manager, I hear management levels be reduced from 7 to 5 maybe even 4. You just mad cause you have to work, still upset from previous rules forcing you out of "mobile office"
Subcontractor... Say it, embrace it. It's the future, the future is now.
Why pay you a living wage when I can get two capable citizens to replace you for less than living wage. They rebel less while frantically dog paddling to keep their empty heads above water.
And your antiquated opinions on customer retention are charming.
The parties continue to engage in mediation with a federal mediator

Google search engine has the goods. No updated update this morning. Heading out for Costco run now, will check in later to see what you found.
We want landlines and red work shirts back. Stanky said no! Self installs and prison stripe only!!! There's no common ground. Negotiations are ongoing. They delivered doughnuts are stale.
