Stop carrying the water if habitual liars. Hardly anyone getting termed is being canned because they are out of compliance with RTO. Location is also irrelevant. People asking to relocate on their own dime to alleged 'hub' locations are being denied en masse. What they are doing has nothing to do with RTO or location, and everything to do with getting rid of the domestic workforce under the thin PR cover of various fake excuses.
Your bootlicking won't save you. As you read this, your LOB is planning on eliminating your role.
I'll log in at 8 am and check my snooze at 11 am to see if I got a meeting.
Only people that should be worried are the ones that didn’t read the January emails from the LOB leaders which were quite clear on location strategy and RTO.
