Anyone else notice a clear difference in your coworkers last week? Most people on my team were absolute a holes all week.
No doubt in my mind that the LR had a big part to play.
It just made the week worse for everyone else. Can’t imagine it’s going to get better until Sept 16. This is what happens when we have to wait a month to learn if we are about to go through one of the most stressful life changes.
Morale is in the toilet.

Funny enough, not many people seemed to care about us spending millions on these shows—at least not when their jobs weren’t on the line...
My team was pretty great, and nothing negative changed, but morale definitely took a hit. After three rounds of layoffs in less than a year, you start to realize that if you're still here in October, we'll be going through it all over again by next February...
