The responses are tied to you in the case of any reported illegal activity. You have been warned - be careful what you put in the survey. If you are caught, "Only your pants will be down for the spanking".

1kxn you got off easy. Our team was forced to come up with “action plans “ detailing what we were going to do to solve the problems that came up in the survey. We actually had to do presentations to our manager - the reason for the discontent.

I'm retired from WFC now, but I remember doing these surveys. One year, a category was rated particularly low by the employees in our group. The solution was that management required everyone to read a particular book on the subject in question on their own time.

Highly motivating to give honest answers going forward.... NOT!!!

The best possible way to send the execs a message is to not take the survey. ANY other option will be used against you.
