Hi all I keep seeing job listings for application support from this company.
Is this a real role or are they just covering their as--s before offshoring to india.
Any advice on what its like?

There is supposed to be a leadership presence there but truly there is not. The recent Lake Mary ‘beef up’ has seen people that get paid a lot of money - and no, FL is not cheap!- and then leave anyway because they cannot hack it and do not have the Bank knowledge. All of this was also at the expense of eliminating people from supposed non growth areas. Lake Mary is a malignant idiocracy.
Lake mary is a joke like their other two growth locations. Nothing but inexperienced and in knowledgable people
Yes, this is real. The bank has a big presence in Lake Mary. Not as big as India, of course, but that's where onshore hiring is done instead of NY/NJ.
