Occupancy Indicators

What’s with the new OI’s in PHONE? A lot of them have changed from FOW/FTO/TW to NFOW, NFTO, and NVW. What’s the “N”mean?

My manager told me what the N word means at a meeting. I wont repeat it though.

“ It’s not that serious. Market level people will no longer be permitted to work virtually, only national. Did yall not get the email yesterday? It was pretty clear on defining the new indicators”

Wrong genius. For this market level people were doing 3 days in office and 2 days virtual, nothing changes. Full time in office for these people still means reporting to their designated work location 3 days per week. It’s amazing how people whom have no knowledge simply make statements to stir things up.

"You've had 18 months and a final 30 days."

Sorry, I am in a hub so when I got my FTW notice it was a complete surprise. And it has only been 14 months since the hub announcement was made. GFY

Nope, in typical fashion, those affected did not get the email.

N stands for national. It’s not that serious. Market level people will no longer be permitted to work virtually, only national. Did yall not get the email yesterday? It was pretty clear on defining the new indicators.

Wonder if this aligns with the 5 days in office per week that’s been rumored

“Ok so I am in Connected solutions and was notified that I have to move and report to Atlanta or I will not have a job. Have 30 days to decide.”

Nothing to decide. It’s only the illusion of choice. If you tell them you’re not moving you’re just handing them a cleaner break without legal jeopardy.
If you say you are going to move they will likely do an about face and tell you your job is being terminated. (while at the same time open up a replacement requisition in Workday to give your job to someone else).

Of course it doesn’t go down this way for everyone. But you can probably guess which people it happens to based on the town hall comments and their agenda.

That’s the kind of dirtbags you’re dealing with.

NVW just indicates you are a national based virtual worker. You do not report to a physical location

Definitely something is up. Even Stinkey’s web phone has this acronym NCCOPT.

Ok so I am in Connected solutions and was notified that I have to move and report to Atlanta or I will not have a job. Have 30 days to decide. I was a full time TW and now my occupancy was changed to NVW so guessing everyone that has to make the decision to move now has the "N" infront not sure what that stands for
