With the new Occupancy Indicators (OI) rolling out across the country, you may ask yourself what "FTO" stands for. It means "Full Time Office" Worker. If you're interested in the other letter or other OI, check out HR OneStop and search for U.S. Employee Indicator Guidelines. Any questions? Leave them here!

They could save a lot of money if they just coded everyone "GTFO".
It’s true. Next step is saving on real estate office leases.
“Summers just told us that rto was a failure. They are rolling back the policy”
Don’t do that, don’t give me hope.
Summers just told us that rto was a failure. They are rolling back the policy
“We were just told two days a week in office now. Was at three.”
Lol!
Are they finally giving up?!
We were just told two days a week in office now. Was at three.
My code says MFTO. Wife says that stands for “mutha $&*( too old”.
Imagine where we'd be if Stankey and his team had placed as much effort and energy into making acquisitions and growing the company as they do in tracking employees,
as soon as they reach the # of employees they want that's when Stankey will retire because there is no CEO talent there no other option to grow the company but to get rid of employees, that's all we can look forward to
get ready for the second wave of the plandemic coming soon to a theater near you
"Zilberstein isn't enforcing 3 days."
Not true -- we are being strongly monitored. If she's not enforcing it, her minions are.
Going down to two days soon.
Zilberstein isn't enforcing 3 days. not sure how 5 days is even being laughed at.
They'd have to assign people spaces in lunch/break rooms which would be hilarious.
We still have people sitting at high top tables in the lunch area a few days a week. It's a complete joke we still have to work like this.
Why are you like this?
There isn’t room for 5 days a week… 3 is here to stay
FTO isn't a "new" designation, nimrod. And it also doesn't necessarily mean you must report 5 days in office; that depends on your organization.
You are a complete Id-iot.
I’ve been FTO for over a year and have been reporting 3 days a week like everyone else that doesn’t have a leadership chain that’s off the ranch.
Very few managers have to report 5 days and it’s all because they report to Chad Townes.
Only union members actually abide by this rule.
Yeah, nah.
