I am glad for the strike! I am glad at least this part of the Union fights for them! I must say the Union for the Gulf States is horrible! We have NO ONE that understands mobility and its operations! This so called guy in the guy in Mississippi has no clues, no communications what so ever! If the upper CWA cared, they would visit its members and ask question! Yelp Yelp, second class we are!

I have never met a 2nd class member in Dist 3 either has that company negotiator that I hope was recalled to the dungeon.
Two things, MasTech does contract work for companies throughout the US and the SE contract has article 14 that prohibits contracting of Union jobs. AND The post was about Mobility which is a different contract that really has no bearing on contracting out work.
I will add that the OP really needs to attend a local membership meeting and search out the help and info they seemingly desire.
