Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Video

Hey, what happened to the video of that man getting harassed and discriminated against for crossing the picket line? I was going to show it to my kids but it’s no where to be found. It was blatant racism. Please post so we can raise awareness of what really goes on over there and this thing back on the internet circles.

If he was as tough as he was posturing, then Mr. Bullhorn would have wrapped it around homeboy’s head as soon as he got in bullhorn’s face. You NEVER let anyone get that close (in aggressive manner)…street smarts 101.

Might want to check company policy and be careful using the racial slur “boy” on non company social media posts.

Intentional; done on purpose, deliberate. intentional wrongdoing and harm. Premeditation would be a stretch but he did have time to think about it before he became super fly and got out of the car. I don't know Judge how would you classify the as--ult?

Longer video. Convenient that the shorter video cuts out the racist part.

Wow; hadn't seen that one. Yeah, Mr. COBC committed his own infraction with that one. And I certainly hope that the other employee he calls out is actually named Julio, or he can chalk up a second one.

Totally out of control. Can only imagine how he acts to a customer. Now that is a 2nd class employee. Fortunately he will be dealt with. I am astonished Att has a loose cannon like that on payroll. Yeah, show it to your children and explain how as--ult can be justified, actually I would like to hear what you would tell the Judge. Do they have a cap on personal injury in Fl.

What happened to that video with the sc-mbag impersonating an Att employee attacking
the legal protester? There fixed it for you. BTW the company will promote him and insulate him from prosecution. And Boy to a black man means nothing to Att.

He did not call him 'boy,' he called him buddy.
Saying the protestor was "nearly ki-led" is exaggeration. (Other posts say it was "mere inches" and he was pushed 'as' the truck was passing which is also hyperbole.)

videographer - antagonizer
bullhorn holder - antagonizer
camaro? owner - obvious as--ult. He touched the bullhorn and then shoved the individual.
gate operator after having witnessed an altercation on or near the premises - guilty of permitting car owner of entering a secure area

all four should be terminated based on my evaluatio and car owner should face charges. I've sent it on to HR leadership. It is HR's responsibility now to review and enforce this.

anyone else I missed?

…spot on. What the wire tech did might not have been right, but he was clearly antagonizing & provoked, & everybody should have a clear understanding about the word “boy” when directed at a black man. I’m not saying the wire tech won’t face legal charges or corporate discipline, I am saying he may not be the only one.

I didn't see what happened before he got out of his car. I don't see how the tech can keep his job after that. I also heard another guy, presumably the one with the camera, call him "boy" as he was walking away. Calling a black man "boy" is racially charged, every knows it, and we have had ample corporate training telling us such. Tempers were already flaring and that could have escalated things even further. I don't know if the person saying that is a T employee, too, but he also needs to be terminated when this strike ends.
