RE: "It didn’t take DEI long to destroy this company. What a disaster"
And.....who has been predominate in the C-suite for the past 30+ years? DEI isn't the blame for the problems - FAR from it. It's arrogance, corporate greed & stupidity -IN THE C-SUITE and the complacency of the BOD. It should have NEVER gotten to THIS point - period!!!
Not as toxic as the toilet seat in my office that hasn’t been cleaned in six years. If you can sit on that and not get sick, you don’t need a Covid shot.
What, don't like the pronoun they assigned to you?
“ Only the most ruthless will be promoted.”
Especially ‘dark triaders’.
It didn’t take DEI long to destroy this company. What a disaster
Only the most ruthless will be promoted.
I’m quitting this week. I work in the kafka org and he’s just feeding our names to hr, picking us all off. Most toxic manager I’ve ever known
We’ve moved past the toxicity and embraced it. Keep up.
Elevator to h4ll, goin down!
