I am a Management Employee that just received Surplus notice- I have NEVER worked a strike detail although I was forced to train for a position for many years here at AT&T. In a previous career I was in a job and a union member before coming to AT&T. Keep up the strike! You are effecting AT&T more than they will lead on to you that you are! Between the layoffs and backfilling your jobs while you are out, they have Key Management people filling those jobs with no one "back in the office" to cover their responsibilities. Projects and rollouts are being delayed the longer you are striking, and our projects to improve network issues, new application rollouts, upgrades, and key projects are being pushed off to the future, some are being delayed till EOY 2025. This is ki-ling AT&T and deservingly so just by the way they treat not only you the union worker, but the lowly L1 / L2 "managers" that do a bulk of the work to keep this company up and running. We are on your side and I can tell you that not one L1/L2 "Manager" that I have ever met "Wants" to cross a picket line, or does not support you. THe company sc--ws us all, does not care (as evident as to the way they have "F"d us over with working in office, moving to keep job, then laying off people after they move (not me, I would never do that as I do not trust leadership at all in this company). Gone are the days that the company cares for the core people that have made AT&T great. I got my notice yesterday... looking at all the people in these "Surplus meetings" there are a LOT of good people being let go, we cant do a thing about it, but if you keep on striking, you are doing damage to this messed up place and the leadership teams that are making these bad decisions... because there is literally a skeleton crew left to make any scheduled projects happen... eventually it will be an aid in taking these id--t leaders down and called out for the mess they created! I won't be here to see it.. but you will... Keep up the fight! Good luck and godspeed to getting what you deserve!

Too many children on here, wonder where their parents are at?
"We don't need traitors among management ranks."
Obviously a troll posting from mommy's basement. My guess is he'd go on strike if mommy doesn't bring him a sandwich fast enough.
Why a troll? Because without the union "slugs" out there putting fiber in the ground and hooking up service to people's houses, the managers wouldn't have a job. If this is an actual manager, he obviously is one of the manager "slugs" that just sitting on his phone all day letting his coworkers do all the work. Either way, he needs to be fired and go back to mommy's basement.
Unburden T by flushing the union out of the business, it’s long overdue.
Stankey is making Unions popular again!
Don’t worry, we will keep striking. We are second class union slugs and managers keep posting that on sites, in addition to threatening retaliation. What a way to treat your work force and they wonder why Unfair Labor Practice charges were filed, comes from the top.
“ Keep up the fight! Good luck and godspeed to getting what you deserve!”
Nice satire piece…
I am glad we are getting rid of writer of this post. We don't need traitors among management ranks. Don't let the door hit you on the way out. Good riddance. Your manager selected well by letting you go.
The union slugs will get nothing more than company will give them, not one thing.
I would love to believe you but the management in this area loath the techs. That is L1's and L2's. I have never experience lying and cheating on a scale as such and I have worked all over the District.
Thank you , we really do appreciate the words of encouragement. Most of us know that it’s not Union vs management, it’s employees , whether management or craft , vs the greedy c-suite. Thank you and best wishes for you. You will find your quality of life improved after leaving the cesspool that is this company.
