Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

H3LLS FARGO is back

Notice an increase in complaints from employees around the toxic culture ?! Yea, it’s not a coincidence- wells is heading back to the torture environment from pre 2016- new network leadership breeding bullies and their only way to manage is thru write ups, aka check ins. No matter what you do, never good enough.

There's always been issues with the company since I started in 2009. Things improved for awhile when Tim Sloan became CEO. Once he left and Schart came in everything started to go downhill again. It has gotten worse and worse. In some ways I would say it is worse than the John Stumpf days. Schart has no vision or creative solutions. He's just a job cutter trying to get cheap labor overseas. Wells will continue to decline in reputation as long as he remains.

It’s not bullying if it’s called “efficiency initiatives.” Also, Blackrock and Vanguard want to thank you for your service and for taking very low raises while having no upward mobility so WF can fund all the share buybacks. Sincerely.

Been here almost 25 years. Until 2022 it was a great place to work. Loved it. Now I'm just grinding towards the inevitable severance. Our execs are complete failures as human beings.

It really unfortunate too--- it used to be enjoyable coming to work. Yeah, there were some re-orgs that were painful, now it's really just a sh*t show every single day full of meetings about meetings.....
