Don’t complete the annual Global employee survey!!!

leadership wont listen to feedback, they only care about participation. Decreased participation rates will send a better message than negative feedback.

My Dept never even went over the results from last year. It must have been bad for that to happen cause that was the first time we've never reviewed (been here >15 yrs). I agree with all the other commenters, why would I waste my time on something that they clearly don't want to improve & won't put any effort into? I'm already shelling out 100% effort every day and I keep asking myself why I care so much. I wish I didn't. I'm another one who will be gone in less than a year due to site strategy.

The problem is that the lower/mid levels aren't trusted by the execs enough to have decision making power that could potentially make things better here. Everything that su-ks about the company is driven from the ivory tower, and no director or OC -1 is allowed to change it. I'm not answering any surveys. The outcomes are always negative.

If anybody asks, just tell them you outsourced your survey to I&P and it never got done but that they should be glad that it cost only 1/3 to get nothing done.

In my LOB management has been working hard based on last year's feedback with tangible results and continued plans to improve. C suite doesn't listen, but if you're lucky, your department heads may.

I’ve been gone from this he-l hole for almost three years and I worked for a department head. I can tell you with certainty that your manager will read your comments and you will be pressured to complete it so your department will have 100% participation! I look back now and I would have never answered that survey.

Failure to complete the survey sends a clear message that employees are not engaged and don't give a sh!#. And it's not anonymous. They say it's "confidential", but that just means that your management will not publish your responses. They will see comments and responses and who wrote them.

I remember the previous CMO, Moldofsky, throwing a massive hissy fit on an all team call because participation was low. She was pi---d! It was hysterical!

Do not complete the survey. All they care about are the participation numbers. When the numbers are low they look bad. Don’t do it!
