The executives continue to cut heads all year but can send two executives on roadtrips to India and the Philippines and announce plans to visit facilities in London and Singapore. Must be nice to have money for travel which includes hotels, meals, etc. The American jobs are being cut in the name of hub strategy and farmed over seas. They call this efficiency and cost reduction. Hmmmm who is doing the math?

Michael Grossberg is a complete @sshat along with all of the other id--ts he brought on board from PNC and all his other industry buddies. They are all completely worthless and just goes to show how incompetent the leadership team above these fools are for thinking bringing in spineless losers like these can actually lead much less manage an operations team.
I remember a few years back during the pandemic when we were WFH full-time, Michael Grossberg went on and on about their latest management retreat during his monthly town hall. They flew them there, then chartered private buses to take them to an exclusive luxury resort they had rented out for the retreat. He went on and on about the gourmet dinners, and the gift bags, and how beautiful the pool area was.
I don't think he realized how tone-deaf he came across when employees were struggling with lockdowns, economic downturn, and the company was barely giving us any wage increases.
These trips are simply for networking in preparation for the executive Hunger Games. 🏹🎯
The games shall commence after most onshore mid-level executives become obsolete because they have no remaining US workers to manage, and eventually their own jobs are shipped overseas 🚢👋
