I hear that VZ is looking at Brickell Miami to replace their Doral building that got sold recently. within a year this should materialize, most likely , it will be much better and reduced placed, as many resources will be distributed across NJ, and Lake Mary. Between how VZ is loosing customers on a daily basis, RIF's and moves to Verizon India, there may not be much to relocate to the new building.

Temple Terrace is directional, so pretty sure it still has a future.

HCL Account teams, TPMs and TSMs got hit as well. I was informed of off-payroll dates as early as November from people directly affected.

@1mmm+1uf6l1Xh of course it is not a surprise. What is surprising is how little the team replacing us knows or understands. If customers think Verizon's repair times are bad, just wait until anyone with any knowledge of the network is just gone. It will be catastrophic for Verizon. Whoever thought this was a good idea (Genia and all the dopes in HR) need to be fired.

This can't come as a surprise. Ultimately, HCL makes more money if they replace US employees with overseas employees. The US govt lowered the corporate tax right a few years ago by a substantial amount, and the large corporations were tasked to keep jobs in the US as part of that effort. I don't see where Verizon employees benefited at all for the billions of tax dollars saved?! VZ continues to reduce headcount and outsource overseas. Loyalty is no longer a word in the corporate dictionary...
