I’m on a Counseling discipline for Job Performance, I applied to the Call Center. I am hired technically got a start date. What do y’all think stay at a COR store & pick my numbers up or leave go to a Call Center? Technically I can’t transfer job because of my Discipline, but my upper management is making an exception.

You are being counseled , you are a loser and will be terminated very soon 7-11 is hiring cashiers and they don’t counsel employees that are complete eff ups.
The counseling is for not offering various metrics & getting observed 6 times in 60 days.
They’ll be sending ALL of the call centers over to India sooner than later. Service ‘quality’ be d@mned.
Are you the guy in a fight with the Union twerp,
No that thug is still in jail. Can't make bond. Want to help him out? Give at gofundmeattThug. He's also trying to sell his ride before the repo man gets there. Thanks for caring.
I feel your pain I worked core for 23 years it good for a while left 5 years ago I landed job doing something I love and making 100,000 plus a year now I stayed for security and comfort it got real bad at the end with all those promoted who knew nothing about customer satisfaction and culture of fake numbers and fraud not to mention the people they hired who are thugs and just stealing from customers and company. Leave get out work where you must and look for another job while there your off days at work spend 40 hours a week looking and pray to get out of that toxic company and believe me it goes all the way to top they have been fined way too many times for bad business and unethical practices leave and by way union won’t help they have no ba--s wireless side they only care about wires side
are you the guy that got in the fight with the little union twerp?
Only a final written warning can stop you from transferring.
Been in Call Center, it is hard to be there. You have to meet unrealistic quotas and deal with upset customers. Remember, only customers with problem will call after they were not able to resolve their issues. They will call you names and you need to be polite and sell them more stuff. If you don’t meet your numbers then you are on the list.
Either way, the company is trying to figure out how to function without any people. Make whichever short term decision you want, but your long term has to be getting away from T.
If you are working to rule then those are their numbers, it’s your managers responsibility to coach you. They can’t fire you over numbers if you are doing your job. Contact your union rep or officer for clarity.
You need to start slamming more. That will get them off your back. You know better.
What exact numbers are you being counseled for?
I’ve been an agent at a non ATT call enter and worked retail. Both are tough in diff ways.
