Janitors are the bank’s consultants, not full-time employees, therefore not subject to the bank’s RTO policy.

please don't join. HR doesn't need more people who don't know how/don't want to be around people. HR is, by definition, all about people. you sound useless and we already have plenty of them in HR here.
