Solidarity with CWA

Managers are planning to show solidarity with bargained for employee groups this coming Monday and won’t report to work. Take that, JS. You’ve been played!

We’re behind you. Stank adds no value. Never once been in our stores except if a month notice given to sales ops. Never been in a call center without only visiting the floor with “hi-po” reps. Never been to a dispatch center that wasn’t a Warner Media film set. Stay strong. Fight!

Rising tides lift all boats. The union wages set a floor for the management wages, so I'm not surprised if managers support the strike. No chance they will do it publicly... They will lose their jobs if they do.

I'm a manager. I have no solidarity with CWA. In my recent ATT career in an office, I've witnessed a union j3rk finger jab an innocent female employee in the chest several times as he yelled at her. He got fired. He filed a grievance. He was hired back with back pay. She was devastated and terrified of coming back to work for ATT. I have no solidarity with CWA.

Poor dame , I bet next time she won’t back talk him when he tells her to get him a cut of coffee.
If you were so concerned about her why didn’t you stand up for her? Or were you to busy getting him a biscuit ? you little biitcch.

Unless they’re on a contingency assignment.

"He’s gonna fire you too bro."

I'm not afraid of being surplused. Declaring allegiance to CWA and Stankey aren't stipulations for keeping an ATT job. Only bootlickers think that way. Go find your spine.

“I look out for my directs. I look out for our shareholders. I look out for our customers. I dont look out for Stankey or CWA. I have no obligation to look out for them. both can eff right off into the sunset.”

He’s gonna fire you too bro.

Management employee here…
You should be backing the union guys, Stankey doesn’t care about management employees anymore than he cares about union employees.

He’s going to fire you anyways, you aren’t special, and he isn’t gonna call you back even if you simp for him.

Look out for yourself, not Stankey.
Stankey gets paid 30 million a year, he will be fine no matter what happens, you won’t.

Why would a manager risk losing his job?

uh, because Monday's a holiday and we're off ?

That would be a big impact but I don't really see that happening. Why would a manager risk losing his job?
