Morale is so low. People think they are safe and they are not. Work is piling on others. More displacement waves are coming. Anyone heard if 9/20 is the last of this year before they pick back up next year?

They will do layoffs in 4th quarter. It doesn’t stop in September for the year.
Sept is the shadiest layoff one of the last where you won’t get 401k match!
Remember, the objective is to motivate as many people to voluntarily resign as possible to reduce their severance expenses. That objective informs everything that HY does. And I mean everything. It's their top priority.
WF has a tradition of doing layoffs right before Christmas.
I think there is a tech location strategy round in October. Can anyone confirm. And why don’t our mgrs tell us, if they know it’s coming?
