Our CEO makes 30 million in compensation annually while the people who do the work to insure his ridiculous salary can’t even get a cost of living increase. “Corporate America” is synonymous with “Pyramid Scheme”.

No one gets COL increase, unless you live in a Socialist economy - go find a better paying job if you have skills.

Wells Fargo pays pretty darn well compared to its competitors. Why do you think so many of us are stuck here?
