You are right and me personally I am doing great with people that crossed + CP. Less work pressure overall, no metrics to worry about since only critical items are being looked at and no slouches to worry about babysitting like a typical work day.
Yes, and there will be pay coming as well for all my aggravations. Daily compensation. Plus meals.
