TH is a black female and was one of our "DE&I" hires back when that was a thing. She has no clue what she is doing. Have you seen what she has delivered since she got here? That's right.. nothing...
Look at her background, it's a joke..

There are no such "Client Service Executive" roles at Deloitte or EY. The role is Client Service ASSOCIATE.... Guess what they do? "...work closely with our staff, preparing documents before client meetings, organizing sales and presentation materials, compiling meeting notes, and setting up client access for new accounts."
she b.s.'d her way into a CISO role which explains the 1 year tenure the b.s.'d her way into Wells.
So since she has delivered nothing here, her next genius level idea is to fire all of the BISO's and then rehire TWO NEW ONES and have a bunch of analysts supporting them.
I tell you.. this is next level management here.
TH had 3 yrs to change the org and waited until now to try to make herself look like a driven leader to the new head of technology. The "interim" CISO doesnt understand the impact she will be causing. Isnt the BISO function about risk mitigation? Look at the risk this will be introducing!
And for those who have been around 5+ years in the space, "outsiders" had something to say about the BISO function. I have my popcorn ready for the $hit $how to be called out AGAIN! Maybe then her head will roll. Finally!

Is there anyone left in Cybersecurity at this point to pick up the pieces? TH in a classic leadership move to save their own neck for another 6 months before jumping ship or being pushed.

50 people are in the role of BISO, Business Information Security Officer.
The company gave them all a heads up that 9/17 is their last day. 25 BISO roles are posting in the U.S. and 25 in India. Let the gladiator games begin, huh???
