Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Remember Denise

Considering that our management is so found of slogans.
They are so calous to erase an emplyee that died at her desk.
It is time for us to create our own slogan, and force them to recognize Denise as a person and fellow emplyee.
Do Not let these Axx forget Denise.

"Remember Denise!"

Forcing 5 days of RTO isn’t going to fix anything. Poor Denise. She was probably the only person left after all the other jobs were sent to India/Phil. And heck, the cleaning crew is probably even split now too. 4 days a week I&P. 1 day here. I hope HY is forced to answer some tough questions.

It's probably RTO that ki-led her, so you're probably right. I've never seen anyone misinterpret data and F up the response like HY. It's so bad that it HAS to be intentional.

If everyone wants to remember her and send a message. Then pick a day and time and all departments lay their heads down for 4 mins( for each day she was ignored) . Do this for 4 days straight. Do this in the branches as well and maybe local news outlets and customers will start talking. Call centers don’t answer phones for 4 min.

The gentleman who died at his desk prior to Denise was at 333 Market in San Francisco. I believe he was found the same day by the cleaning crew at about 7pm.

Long time GTM product manager passed away in the San Francisco office. He liked to go in on Fridays when it was quiet. I believe he was found on the following Monday

What happened to someone in SF? I was aware of Denise and the gentleman in Delaware, but what happened in SF that was referenced in this thread?

Apology for what? WF didn’t cause her to pass. Jobs are voluntary. If they address it.. it might sound like this… “Due to recent events, we realize we are lacking controls with our current hybrid model, Therefore ALL employees will be required to RTO full time 5 days a week. We feel if the office was fully staffed this incident could have been prevented” Be careful what you selectively outrage for…. you might be suprised at the outcome….

They haven't addressed the uptick in employee deaths generally either, and they won't, because they are just as much a failure at being a human being as they are a leader. Every exec in Hudson Yards should be fired.

100% agree that we need to keep this alive.

The bank has been trying to bury this because they know how it reflects on RTO, and the banks generally lacking policies/procedures.

NOTHING from senior management, the same way they didn't mention the gentleman in San Francisco, the gentleman in Delware, and Denise.

Please remember Denise — and if you're not feeling well, call your family, let a coworker know, or don't come into work. WF isn't going to miss or remember any of us.

Agree that is the least we can do to honor her memory. heard a senior guy explain “it could happen to anyone” Seriously which morally bankrupt world do these people come from.
